Karim has a reputable background of steering both startups and regional giants towards success, with substantial roles at organizations like Intermountain Health, and CareMore and Aspire Health, subsidiaries of the now Elevance Health. During his time at these entities, he showcased his expertise in launching new markets, and effectively leading teams to foster growth and innovation, always with a keen focus on patient-centric healthcare.
Aside from his corporate commitments, Karim actively nurtures budding professionals as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. When he steps back from his leadership duties, he embraces the outdoors alongside his family.
